Barium swallow, CT scan and MRI was done. Results: A total of 50 mediastinal mass lesions were evaluated, 33 were male and l7 were female. Other findings were studied and tabulated. Conclusion: CT is a highly useful modality for investigation of mediastinal masses. Tuberculosis and esophageal carcinoma are more common in this part of world.
