PurposeTo correlate sonographic renal parenchymal measurements among patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) labeled society of fetal urology (SFU) hydronephrosis grades 1–4 and to examine whether sonographic renal parenchymal measurements could be used to differentiate conservative vs. surgical management.
