中药洗敷结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏侧感觉障碍的临床研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine washing therapy combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of patients with unilateral sensory disturbance after stroke. Methods A total of 50 cases of stroke patients with unilateral limb sensory disturbance were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=25) and the control group (n=25), both with conventional medicine and rehabilitation training. The Chinese medicine washing treatment was applied in the treatment group additionally. The FuglMeyer assesment was used to evaluate the ipsilateral sensory and motor function and the Barthel index (BI) were used to assess the activities of daily living (ADL) score before treatment and 2 months after treatment.  Results The score of FMA referring to ipsilateral sensory and motor function and BI were increased in both of two groups 2 months after treatment compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05), and were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine washing therapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the rehabilitation of sensory and motor function, as well as activity of daily living in patients with unilateral sensory disturbance after stroke.
