洁肠水疗仪在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the intestinal hydrotherapy instrument in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods A total of 182 patients undergoing colonoscopy examination were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 91 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was given oral administration of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel preparation, while patients in the study group received bowel preparation by intestinal hydrotherapy instrument. The bowel preparation time, bowel cleaning efficacy, tolerance degree to bowel preparation were observed and compared between two groups. The bowel preparation associated adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no significant difference in bowel cleaning effect between two groups(P>0.05). Patients in the study group had a shorter bowel preparation time and higher tolerance degree compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no case of vomit or hypoglycemia during bowel preparation period.Conclusion Intestinal hydrotherapy is an effective way to reduce preparation time and increased the tolerance degree in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
