【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing mode focusing on trigger factor of pressure ulcers in children with femoral fracture undergoing Bryant’s traction method. Methods  A total of 82 pediatric patients with femoral fracture were randomly divided in to the control group and the study group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care during Bryant’s traction treatment, and nursing interventions focusing on trigger factor of pressure ulcers were carried out in the study group additionally. The incidence of ankle pressure ulcers was observed, and the nursing satisfaction of parents was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. Results  The incidence of ankle pressure ulcers was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). The score of satisfaction evaluated by patents on nursing comprehensiveness, foreseeability, rationality and effectiveness were higher in the study group than those of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion  Nursing mode focusing on trigger factor of pressure ulcers shows efficacy in prevention of ankle pressure ulcers in children with femoral fracture undergoing Bryant’s traction method.
