全麻术后苏醒期躁动的影响因素及护理要点分析

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influencing factors of restlessness after anesthesia and to explore the main points of corresponding nursing measures.Methods This study included 95 patients undergoing general anesthesia, in which 45 cases with restlessness during recovery period were set as restlessness group and another 50 cases without restlessness were set as nonrestlessness group. The single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were performed to investigate the influencing factors. Results  Single factor analysis indicated the gender, age, type of surgery, postoperative anesthesia, surgery after analgesia, indwelling catheter time, oxygen saturation and restlessness of patients in anesthesia recovery period were related to the occurrence of restlessness(P＜0.05 or P＜001). The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age, type of surgery, intraoperative anesthesia and operation whether analgesia, catheter indwelling time, blood oxygen saturation were risk factors of restlessness (P＜0.01). Conclusion Risk factors of restlessness in the awaking stage of general anesthesia should be carefully considered in nursing measures, in order to reduce the risk of restlessness and to improve the prognosis.
