【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of project management methods in reducing the incidence of falls and falling down from bed in hospitalized patients. Methods 〓According to the hospital report on nursing adverse events, this paper reviewed 83 cases of falls and falling down from bed between July, 2014 and June, 2015. The PDCA method was used based on the project background. The potential reasons were analyzed and the countermeasures to prevent the falls and falling down from bed in hospitalized patients were carried out. The incidence of falls was analyzed after the implementation of project management(July 2015 to June 2016). Results The incidence of inpatients falls dropped to 0.0826 ‰ after implementation of project management from 0.1282 ‰before the project management.Conclusion The use of project management quality improvement tools can effectively prevent the falls in hospitalized patients and can improve the management ability to group members.
