【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the present situations of preoperative and postoperative visits and health education. Methods Bibliometric method was used to collect and collate the relevant 395 literature about preoperative and postoperative visits from 2011 to 2015. The literature type was summarized, and the focused level of the visit and extent of health education were analyzed. Results Types of literatures about preoperative and postoperative visits in China were divided into types of application classes, experience, review and investigation, which focusing on visit mode, system, methods and contents. The main manifestations were imbalanced visit mode, lack of theoretical support for visit, fixed visit model and constrained visit content and vulnerability of health education. Conclusion Clinical visit need rich modes. Based on the related theory and the content of health education, time effect of preoperative and postoperative visits can be enhanced and the quality of life of the patients can be improved.
