【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the accountability nursing model combined with APN flat management in work schedule of nursing. Methods 〓The accountability nursing model combined with APN flat management has been set up in the department of Department of Urology and Nephrology since February, 2016. Totally 120 patients with urinary calculus were selected and investigated by using questionnaires on nursing quality, nursing trust and nursing satisfaction. Another 120 patients were selected and investigated with questionnaires before the implementation of APN flat management. Results 〓After implementation of nursing model combined with APN flat management, patients scored higher in assessment of nursing quality, nursing trust and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The accountability nursing model combined with APN flat management is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing. It can also enhance the patients’ trust and satisfaction on the nursing staffs.
