【 摘 要 】

Abstract：The peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)is a widely-used puncture technique in clinic. The risk of medical adhesive related skin injury(MARSI)complicationsmay increases as the long-time catheter indwelling, affecting the service life of the catheter and increasing the patient’s pain. In this paper, the prevention and treatment of MARSI after PICC intubation in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy were reviewed and comprehensively analyzed. Measurements were summarized to reduce the risk of PICC related MARSI complications and improve the quality of life in patients with long-term use of PICC.
