【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of early personalized open catheter on postoperative urinary function of patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 40 patients with cervical cancer were recruited as observation group and another 40 patients with cervical cancer were in control group. The observation group was given personalized open catheter and the control group was given conventional catheter nursing. The first time to urination, bladder function recovery and urination condition within 3 days after extubation in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, first time to urination, bladder function recovery and urination condition within 3 days after extubation in the observation group were better(P<0.01). Conclusion Early personalized open catheter can effectively enhance urination function and reduce the urination dysfunction.
