【 摘 要 】

Abstract：A pressure injury is localized damage to the skin and/or underlying soft tissue usually over a bony prominence or related to a medical or other device. Not only may increase nursing workload and hospital cost, the occurrence of pressure injury also increase the risk of death in elderly patients. This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 lung cancer patients with neuromuscular atrophy and pressure injury. The patient received integrated nursing interventions based on traditional Chinese medicine, including life behavior change, dietary intervention, psychological nursing, functional exercise and targeted intervention on incontinence and pressure injury. The patients were discharged with a recovered pressure injury in sacrococcygeal region. It is important to assess the severity of pressure injury and to perform the timely debridement and cleaning operations. The integrated nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is also required to ensure the rapid recovery of patients.
