腹部推拿联合中药热奄包治疗中风后气虚型便秘的疗效观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal massage combined with heated package of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment of qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke. Methods 〓Totally 62 patients with constipation after stroke were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and patients in the observation group received abdominal massage combined with heated TCM package. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention on constipation was 90.32%(28/31)in the observation group, which was higher than 67.42%(21/31)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Abdominal massage combined with heated TCM package treatment is an safe and effective to relieve the constipation after stroke.
