【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing demands of fracture patients with non-general anesthesia orthopedics surgery, and to provide related nursing measures.Methods A total of 80 fracture patients with non-general anesthesia orthopedics surgery between June 2014 and June 2016 were included in this study. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing demands at different phase of operation. Another 240 patients with non-general anesthesia orthopedics surgery during same period were selected, in which 80 cases aged between 18 and 40, 80 cases aged between 40 and 60, 80 cases aged over 60. Their demands on nursing service in operation room were investigated by self -made questionnaire.Results In terms of nursing demands at different phase of operation, 62 cases(77.50%)patients need to understand the operation steps and cooperation before operation, 73 cases(91.25%)patients need to understand the progress during operation, 68 patients(85%)needed a timely care to relieve the pain and discomfort after operation. In terms of demands at different age groups, 78.75%(63/80)of those aged between 18and 40 to required knowledge of operation procedure and coordination, 88.75%(71/80)of those aged between 41and 60 need to know whether the operation was successful, 86.25%(69/80)of those aged over 60 need to understand the cautions after anesthesia.ConclusionNursing staff in Operation room should pay attention to the patient’s preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative needs, as well as the needs of patients in different ages, and take appropriate interventions to provide effective nursing services for patients with surgery.
