优质护理在乙肝后肝硬化伴上消化道出血护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate effect of the high quality nursing in HBVrelated hepatic cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 88 HBVrelated hepatic cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group (n=44) and observation group (n=44), with conventional nursing and high quality nursing interventions, respectively. The nursing qualification and satisfaction were evaluated and the mental status was assessed by SelfRating Depression Scale (SDS) and SelfRating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results The observation group had higher nursing scores and nursing satisfaction compared with the controls(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower in observation group than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can improve the mental status and nursing satisfaction in HBVrelated hepatic cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
