【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on prevention of catheter slippage in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 〓Totally 62 patients with craniocerebral trauma were included as the control group between February 2015 to February 2016, with comprehensive and routine care. Another 62 patients with craniocerebral trauma were selected as the observation group between March 2016 to March 2017, with comprehensive and intensive nursing intervention on prevention of catheter slippage. The incidence of catheter slippage and comfort degree of patients compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of catheter slippage in the observation group was lower than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher comfort rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Intensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of catheter slippage in patients with craniocerebral trauma, also improve the comfort degree with catheterization.
