【 摘 要 】

Abstract：The future development of nursing is highly relied on capacity and innovation ability of nursing undergraduates for scientific research. According to the actual situation of Hainan Medical University, the paper pointed out the importance of cultivating the innovation ability of nursing undergraduates. It expounded the specific measures taken from the idea of education, teacher training, teaching and learning, etc. The achievements were also reported. It is believed that the cultivation of nursing students’ innovation ability is closely related to the scientific research environment and teachers' scientific research ability and consciousness as well as each link of teaching in addition to the school and students’ attention. It takes multilateral joint efforts to ensure the quality of talent cultivation.
