【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of photoaging of facial skin, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods 〓To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 35 cases with microneedle radiofrequency therapy for photoaging of facial skin. Nursing interventions mainly included Psychological support, pain control, prevention on complications and health education during follow-up. Results 〓There was no case with facial infection, hyperpigmentation or rash after treatment. All patients received a sound improvement in facial skin quality, with less appearance of skin wrinkles and better facial contours shape. Conclusion 〓The preoperative evaluation, perioperative nursing and health education after discharge are key issues to prevent the postoperative complications in microneedle radiofrequency therapy.
