【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation in reducing running fault of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. Methods Retrospectively collected data of running fault of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer in 1180 times of autoclaves operation between October 2013 and December 2014, as control group. The PDCA circulation was performed since Jan 2015, and data of running fault of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer in 725 times of autoclaves operation between Jan 2015 and March 2016, as the observation group. The rate of running fault of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer was compared and the risk of running fault was analyzed. Results The running fault rate was 19.4%(229/1180) in the control group and was 4.0%(29/725) in the observation group, with as significant difference (P<0.01). The rate of running fault due to PDCA circulation cancelled by operator, vacuum supply delayed, hydrogen peroxide delivery failure, hydrogen peroxide surveillance failure was lower in the observation group than that of controls (P<0.01). Conclusion PDCA circulation is an effective way of reducing running fault of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. It can build a sustainable quality control system and improve the sterilization quality and work efficiency.
