【 摘 要 】
In the course of drilling in deep high stress coal seam, the problems such as drill bit stuck and nozzle hole are frequently occurred, which seriously affect the pressure relief effect of deep coal seam. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the failure modes and instability characteristics of the coal body near the hole bottom and the hole wall. To analyze the influence of pipe-sticking torque on drilling engineering, a pipe-sticking torque mechanical model was built based on powder mechanics theory. Results show that torque will increase rapidly with increasing of pull-out force, and pipe-sticking phenomenon would occur if clogging segment has not been effectively dredged .When pipe-sticking torque has reached the maximum torque of drilling rig, drilling accidents are easy to happen if pipe-sticking phenomenon was dealt with improperly.
