【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the value of the portable negative pressure device in prevention of postoperative wound-related complications for patients with colorectal cancer receiving open surgery. Methods  Totally 133 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparotomy were enrolled and allocated to study group(n=59)and control group(n=74). The study group was treated with portable negative pressure device while the control group was given the routine wound nursing for incisional wound. The incidence of fat liquefaction and infection in the wound, times of wound dressing and the post-operative stay in hospital were observed and compared between two groups. Results  The incidence of wound infection, fat liquefaction and severe pain, as well wound dressing frequency, were significantly lower in study group than those of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion  Portable negative pressure device could effectively reduce the risk of wound complications and relieve the pain for patients with colorectal cancer receiving open surgery.
