中西医结合护理干预促进剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的效果

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lactating of postpartum puerpera after caesarean section.Methods A total of 60 postpartum puerpera after caesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care on breastfeeding, and nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was carried out in the observation group. The initial time of lactation, lactation yield, neonatal feeding conditions and satisfaction degree of puerperal were observed and compared between two groups.Results The averaged initial time of lactation was earlier and averaged lactation yield was higher in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). The breastfeeding rate was 86.67%(26/30)in the observation group and was 63.33%(19/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of puerperal in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(96.67% vs. 73.33%,(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is potentially effective to promote the lactating of postpartum puerpera and to improve the breastfeeding rate.
