晚期癌症患者中医护理模式的优化与整合

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management for patients with advanced cancer. Methods 〓Totally 300 patients with advanced cancer were divided into the observation group(n=152)and the control group(n=148). Patients of two groups received routine care during treatment, and TCM nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management was applied in the observation group. The functional areas, symptomatic areas and overall quality of life of patients were assessed by EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 36(QLQ-C30). Results 〓Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores in functional areas, symptomatic areas and overall quality of life compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The TCM nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management is potentially effective to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. It is a comprehensive intervention focusing on the physiological, psychological and spiritual needs of patients.
