【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of conjunctival sac irrigation on treatment of patients with epidemic conjunctivitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with epidemic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group. The routine group was treated with traditional eye drops, while the experimental group was treated with conjunctival sac irrigation on the basis of the routine group. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results Clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the routine group, and the curative rates at three and five days were significantly higher than those of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional therapy combined with conjunctival sac irrigation is effective in the treatment of patients with epidemic conjunctivitis.
