【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of disaster events on psychological state of pregnant and parturient women, and to summarize corresponding nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 40 pregnant and parturient women who experienced the natural disaster, outburst public health event or traffic accident were recruited as the observation group, another 40 normal pregnant and parturient women were included as the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were adopted to evaluate the mental status of women. Results 〓More women in the observation group suffered from anxiety and depression compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The educational level, death of family members and suffering from trauma were main influential factors of psychological state in pregnant and parturient women(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Disaster events can cause damage to mental health of pregnant and parturient women. It is required to carry out corresponding nursing measures to ensure the maternal and infant safety.
