【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing measures for patients with severe spinal cord injury.Methods To analyze the modified early warning score(MEWS)of 34 patients with severe spinal cord injury and to provide evidence-based information for clinical nursing. Strengthened monitoring, targeted nursing measures were carried out to prevent the complications.Results Of 34 patients, 1 case(2.9%)with MEWS between 3 and 4, 26 cases(76.5%)with score between 5 and 9, 7 cases(20.6%)with score over 9. In terms of nursing service assessment, 18 cases(52.9%)with highly satisfaction, 15 cases(44.1%)with general satisfaction and 1 case(2.9%)with dissatisfaction.Conclusion Targeted nursing measures can improve the rehabilitation and satisfaction degree of patients with severe spinal cord injury.
