心理护理对反复体外受精-胚胎移植失败患者妊娠结局的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods Totally 60 patients with previous more than 3 times of IVF failure or more than 4 available embryos were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care during IVF-ET treatment, and those in the study group were given psychological nursing by specialist nurses during frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)cycle. The rates of biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy and early abortion were compared between two groups. Results 〓The rate of clinical pregnancy in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in rates of biochemical pregnancy and early abortion between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓It is required to carry out psychological nursing interventions for patients with repeated failure of IVF-ET, which in turns may increase the rate of clinical pregnancy.
