舒适护理对过敏性紫癜患儿心理及生理舒适度的影响分析

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on psychological and physiological comfort in children with allergic purpura. Methods A total of 90 children with allergic purpura in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing while patients in the observation group were treated with comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The mental and physical comfort of the children in two groups was observed. Results Psychological spirit, social culture, physiology, environment factor and other dimensions in GCQ scales in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in children with allergic purpura can improve the physical and psychological comfort of the children, meet the needs of modern nursing, and also can harmonize the nurse-patient relationship, so it is worthy of promotion.
