质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control group in nursing quality management in the operating theater. Methods 〓The quality control group was established to improve the nursing quality in the operating theater since May, 2016. Totally 510 cases of surgery carried out between January, 2016 and April, 2016 were selected as the control group, another 520 cases of surgery carried out between August, 2016 and November, 2016 were selected as the observation group. The evaluation outcomes on nursing quality of theater nurses and incidence of nursing adverse events were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of high-risk drug extravasation, pressure ulcer, delay in operation, discrepancy in the count of surgical equipments were lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05). Theater nurses achieved higher scores in evaluation of specialist skills, health education, level-to-level nursing, identity recognition of patients, nursing records writing and standardized service after implementation of quality control group management(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The quality control group can reduce the risk of nursing-associated adverse events and improve the nursing quality in the operating theater.
