【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of acupoint massage on mental status and mammary swelling pain of puerperal women. Methods 〓A total of 96 puerperal women with full-term delivery were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing, and the observation group was given acupoint massage. The mental status and mammary swelling pain severity during puerperium were observed and evaluated. Results 〓The score of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The puerperal women had lower mammary swelling pain degree and higher breastfeeding rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of acupoint massage can effectively improve mental status and relieve the mammary swelling pain in puerperal women.
