【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To comprehensively investigate the current situation of nurses' knowledge of oral care for patients with endotracheal intubation in the intensive care unit(ICU)of 3A-level hospital in Shanxi Province. Methods 〓The investigation and analysis of 364 nurses in seven 3A-level hospitals of Shanxi Province were carried out by self-designed questionnaires. In addition to demographic data, knowledge, attitude and implementation status, the questionnaire also included the investigation of influencing factors. Results 〓The scores of nurses' knowledge, attitude and behavior of oral care in patients with endotracheal intubation were(8.70±3.67),(39.27±3.86)and(5.97±2.18), respectively. Conclusion 〓The attitude, knowledge and practices of ICU nurses need to be further improved. It is required to enhance the training of young engaged nurse and organize lectures regularly.
