康复训练结合运动想象在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of motor imagery combined with routine rehabilitation training in rehabilitation nursing care of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with general nursing. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training while patients in the observation group were given motor imagery based on the treatment in the control group. The changes of motor function, life ability, quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed. Results 〓One month and three months after nursing, the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment, Barthel index and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 5.00% in observation group and was 20.00% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓In rehabilitation nursing of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction, the application of motor imagery combined with routine rehabilitation training can significantly improve the patients' motor function and their living ability and also can reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
