【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the alpha hydroxy acids(AHAs)on pigmentation in patients after photodynamic therapy for acne. Methods 〓A total of 60 patients with pigmentation after photodynamic therapy for acne were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was given AHAs skin activating care and related nursing care. The clinical efficacy of intervention was evaluated at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results 〓The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls at four weeks and 8 weeks after intervention(86.7% vs. 56.7%, 96.7% vs. 73.3%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The AHAs skin activating care combined with related nursing care is potentially effective in treatment of pigmentation after photodynamic therapy.
