【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Fast-track surgery can be defined as a coordinated perioperative approach aimed at reducing surgical stress and facilitating postoperative recovery. It is a patient-orientated and surgery-dominated strategy which consisting of anesthesia, nursing, nutrition and mental health professionals. This paper summarized the research progress of fast track surgery in nursing management during period of pediatric surgery, in order to improve the perioperative nursing quality of pediatric surgery.
