【 摘 要 】
This report aims to reduce the corrosion rate on the stainless steel 304. The PLSP methodhas been used for 304 stainless steel in hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 1 M and the immersion time of 20 minutes at the room temperature. The polarization method was used to calculate the results of the corrosion measurement, where the corrosion rate value was reduce from (CR=78.971mm/y) to (CR=7.7129mm/y) at the optimum results DDDW=0mm, E=600mj & no. of pulse =250, we were found the efficiency= 90.23%. The samples were analyzed by using XRF, SEM, Tafel curve test, optical microscope image, and roughness test.
