【 摘 要 】

Quenching and tempering is an important step in the production for large forgings of nuclear power. Combined with the necessary test, the numerical simulation of quenching and tempering can help us to decide the heat treatment methods and process parameters. We simulated the quenching and tempering process of 300mm-level forgings with the finite element software. By compared the simulated results with the actual measured data, the accuracy of numerical simulation should be improved.
