【 摘 要 】

The article is devoted to the application of the methods of applied behaviour analysis in the practice of designing a comfortable urban environment. The use of methods of applied behaviour analysis changes the very formulation of the design problem. In the new production we are talking about the management of the behaviour of a resident in the urban environment. Management is carried out with the help of incentives: tracks, benches and other accessories comfortable environment. The article uses the method of fixation and description of the behaviour of urban residents, developed by the authors. It is demonstrated how to identify the conflicts of interests of all living in the urban environment through behaviour analysis. Identifying and resolving conflicts is the first step towards creating a comfortable urban environment.
