【 摘 要 】

The use of the ferromagnetic shape memory alloy as measuring transducers and actuators is a promising direction of development of positioning systems. However, the theoretical and experimental basis for designing such systems is not sufficiently developed. The article evaluates the possibility of using the ferromagnetic shape memory alloy as a linear-displacement transducer. The influence of various types of deformation of the active element from ferromagnetic shape memory alloy and temperature on the change in its inductance is investigated. The results of full-scale and model experiments are presented. Using the dependence of the deformation on the magnetic state element makes it possible to avoid the using of special displacement transducer and thereby simplify the positioning systems. However, it is necessary to provide for measures to reduce the effect of temperature on the measurement results to improve the positioning accuracy.
