【 摘 要 】
The topological optimization model is set up in the whole working condition for the problem of overweight, where the rocker arm of flip barrel system of compression garbage truck is used as the research object. The model takes the stress as the constraint and the minimum quality as the optimal target. The multi-body dynamic rigid-flexible coupling model is established with the method of the Equivalent Static Load (ESL) in the optimization process. Topology optimization of rocker arm is carried out and the design of rocker arm's structure is improved by the results. The mass of the improved rocker arm was reduced by 10.8kg and weight loss by 44% under the same stress level. At the same time, the results of fatigue test show that the fatigue life of the improved rocker arm increases by 7.7% compared with the original structure, indicating that is reliable.
