【 摘 要 】
A Porous and continuous ultra-fine fibers was prepared via selective dissolution of electrospun Bombyx mori silk fibroin/poly(L-lactic acid) (SF/PLA) fibers. SF and PLA were partially miscible and mainly phase separation processed rapidly during the electrospinning process. Most of the PLA in SF/PLA blend fibers was dissolved in chloroform within 1h, while SF remained undissolved. After extraction of the PLA, the resulting SF fibers had three-dimensionally interconnected pores with a circular shape and the pore size distribution was narrow.
