【 摘 要 】

In some parts of ventilation net cover as the research object, the injection mold design of the parts, the general steps of injection mold design, product analysis, material selection, design calculation, parameter analysis and calculation, the characteristics of mold process, overall design, mold design, mold assembly drawing, part drawing, mold check etc. The practical production has proved that the mold work is stable, the actual production requirements are reached, and the production is carried out. The produced plastic parts are of good quality, it can be used as a reference for the design personnel of injection mold.
