【 摘 要 】
The ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of ultra-precision cutting of SiCp/Al composites and dynamically simulate the change law of cutting force in the cutting process. Study the influence of cutting speed on the cutting force and the formation of the cutting surface. The simulation results show that with the increase of cutting speed, the maximum cutting force and the average cutting force increase. The influence of the change of cutting speed on the surface topography of the workpiece is studied. The results show that with the increase of cutting speed, the degree of particle breakage increases. Holes on the machined surface become larger and the dents deepen.
