【 摘 要 】

Software development model is the form of the organization and management of software development which affects the quality of software development directly, and it is one of the most important research contents of software engineering too. Firstly, we analyze and summarize a series of software development models for total thirteen types which are applied in software development generally, and survey the characteristics of each model. Secondly, some of the improved software development models and their applications according to certain application fields are introduced briefly. Finally, as the future research work, both software development based on 4GT (The Fourth Generation Technology) and software intelligent development based on data-driven in big data era are prospected in this paper.
