【 摘 要 】

This paper presents the results of comparative investigations of solid lubricating coatings of the TiN-Pb system including multi-layer coatings with layers thickness of the nanoscale range. Morphology, phase and chemical compositions and textures of the coatings are investigated, and the results of tribological tests are presented.
