【 摘 要 】

In view of the traditional electric power communication network terminal access to the lack of unified management and control of the situation, based on the analysis of heterogeneous network management technology and channel protection technology of current mainstream access network communication methods in resource dynamic changes of frequency, time slot and cyber source; smart grid multi services in heterogeneous network integration under the bearing design scheme and choose to create favorable conditions for the optimization of communication terminal access.
