The paper considers a synthesis method of power regulator controllers of electric arc furnaces on the basis of unit typical non-linear functions; the main stages of synthesis of control devices; the mathematical model of the basic elementary unit of nonlinearities; the presented modular structure of the control unit of the power regulator of an arc furnace.
