【 摘 要 】

The correlated X-ray scattering (CXS) was introduced and compared with other methods which were used to study the structures of the biomacromolecules in solution, such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electron microscope (EM) and small-angle x-ray scattering (SAXS). Then the corrected results of the sum, the mean, the median and the variance of the scattering intensity that we collected from xFEL (x-ray Free Electron Laser) experiments in SACLA were calculated. Furthermore, the density scanning method was used to pick out the useful cluster and the other 28 useless clusters were filtered. Finally, our results will lay a good foundation for the application of correlated X-ray scattering (CXS) in computing the angular correlation of the scattering intensity with the one chosen cluster effectively in future.
