【 摘 要 】

In this paper the fracture of wooden (pine) beams under low-speed impact of steel ram tester is numerically investigated, considered speed is ranging between 10-30 m/s. The behavior of wood is described within phenomenological approach taking into account anisotropy of elastic and strength properties. The behavior of the steel ram tester is modelled by the elastoplastic medium. Numerical modeling is carried out by a finite elements method in three-dimensional statement. Fracture propagation in wood is under study.
