【 摘 要 】
We design and build a stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy which is capable of super-resolution imaging in two colors. The enhancement in the lateral resolution is demonstrated experimentally through fluorescent beads and biological samples. The dual-color modality enables the system to be suitable for further biological investigations.
