【 摘 要 】
Nanoparticles of Copper (Cu) have attracted great interest in recent years because of their unique physical and optical properties that are of industrial importance. To understand their basic properties, Cu nanoparticles were synthesized by Polyol method. The synthesized powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The average particle size and lattice parameter estimated by XRD were found to be ∼42.5 nm and 3.617 Å respectively. The results suggest suitability of these nanoparticles as dopants in other materials such as polymer materials and oxides.【 预 览 】
